Safe Shopping at GEAPRO:
We want you to feel completely secure when ordering from GEAPRO. We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. GEAPRO supports Verified by Visa (VbV), a security technology that authenticates your Visa card and ensures that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order.

Delivery time:
Allow 2-7 days for delivery. If a longer delay is expected you will be informed. Your order will be delivered by XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Payment:
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Credit card accounts are verified for your protection.
Your credit card will be charged the day after the delivery date of the order.

Payment fraud

Billing address:
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Billing requirements:
All ours products shown are inclusive of VAT tax (21% in effect in Portugal). If you have any further queries regarding this issue please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Origin: Portugal
Consolidated Shipments: Entire order will be shipped together, if possible. GEAPRO will do all the best to delivery your order as soon as possible.

Out-of-Stock Products:
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns:
GEAPRO must receive notification immediately should any goods arrive in a damaged state. The Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by a returns number (issued by GEAPRO) and the original sales documentation. Goods must be returned in the original packaging in which they were received and all refunds or exchanges are subject to approval by GEAPRO.
Due to the nature of the product we regret that safety helmets can only be accepted for return as a result of manufacturing defects or the goods being received by the customer in a damaged condition. Note that all helmets are thoroughly inspected and approved by GEAPRO prior to despatch to the customer. Please ensure that you order the correct size (see sizing charts).
Helmets that have been used cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are deemed to be defective in manufacture.
Products returned in a non-resalable condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We therefore recommend that a secure and insured method of return is used. Please contact us by phone or email prior to returning any goods.

Exchanges
If you ordered an incorrect item, we will replace it but you are responsible for freight on the new item/s and any costs to return the item/s to us. In-stock merchandise will be shipped approximately 24 hours after receiving the original it.

Exchanges & Your Credit Card:
When you return an item for exchange, credit card processing rules require us to issue a credit to your card and then charge the card for the new item being purchased. A credit can take 24-48 hours to post to your credit card account. We are not permitted to apply the original purchase price to the new order even if it is an exchange for the same item.
